Welcome to our latest Habitat build. This year we are partnering with Cincinnati Habitat to do an extreme makeover on a house in Northside. The house, located at 4222 Kirby Rd., was built in the late 1880's for one of 2 sisters.
These plans will be updated as we remove the plaster and lath and inspect the framing. A one story addition that originally had been added to the rear of the house has been removed and will be replaced with a new 2 story edition. The original plans show this old addition at the rear of the first floor.
