Registration Process:
- Send an email to Habitat@crossroads.net
- Please provide your name, email, phone number, and availability to work on Saturdays between 8 AM and 4 PM
- Complete the Habitat Application
- Complete the Habitat Liability Waiver Form
- Complete the Habitat Emergency Medical Form
- Read the Construction Safety Guide
- Drop off your completed forms at the Info Center at Crossroads or bring your completed forms to your First Work Assignment confirmed by email. You are not prermitted to work at the site until all forms have been received. No one under 18 is allowed on site under any circumstances. We only need 1 set of paperwork filed for each individual.
