Kendall Louise Germann

Dr. Kendall Germann is a clinical pharmacist practicing as a PGY-2 pharmacy resident specializing in ambulatory care pharmacy. Kendall completed her didactic coursework at the University of Findlay College of Pharmacy where she received her PharmD. She furthered her pharmacy career by completing a PGY-1 pharmacy residency at Mercy Health St. Rita's Medical Center. Prior to residency training, Kendall worked as a pharmacy intern in the retail setting for four years. Kendall is currently practicing at a federally qualified health center called Primary Health Solutions. She is committed to providing increased access to care while also providing the best quality of care and support to her patients.

Solida (Sal) Nay (Med Managers/LifeLine PGY1 Resident 2021-2022)
Dr. Solida Nay is a native of Northern California. He relocated to Fort Wayne, IN in 2017 to attend Manchester University College of Pharmacy. Prior to pharmacy school he was awarded a scholarship position in the Graduate Fellowship Training Program through the Hispanic Serving Health Professions Schools where he spent three months learning about delivering service to rural populations at Chillicothe VA Medical Center. It was from this fellowship experience he discovered the variety of opportunities a pharmacist can have in making an impact in patients’ life. He has a passion in providing service to patients from underserved and vulnerable backgrounds who are not able to advocate for their own health. Currently, he is completing a PGY1 at Med Managers and Lifeline pharmacy as a consulting pharmacist for patients of skilled nursing facilities. He hopes to make an impact in his patients’ life by bringing his personal experience of coming from an underserved background and his passion in working with others to make a positive change.

Priyanka K Patel

Dr. Priyanka Patel is originally from London, England and moved to Chesterton, Indiana when she was 10 years old. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy from Butler University in Indianapolis, IN. She recently moved to Ohio and is practicing at Five Rivers Health Centers which is a Federal Qualified Health Center in Dayton. Throughout her time in school, she volunteered at Butler's Community Outreach Program which developed her passion to serve underserved communities. Priyanka genuinely enjoys building connections and serving the needs of her patients. Her interests include providing accessible healthcare, working with diverse patient populations, and promoting health and wellness.
Alexandra Kathleen Statczar

Originally from Columbus, Ohio, Dr. Alexandra Statczar received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from Miami University in 2017. In 2021, she received her Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Cincinnati James L. Winkle College of Pharmacy. Dr. Statczar is currently practicing in long-term care as a Medication Managers PGY1 resident. Her passion within the practice of pharmacy is providing care to underserved communities and advocating on behalf of her patients.
