Whether you’re a student, faculty member, or staff, the OWWB is designed to help you manage stress, build resilience, and cultivate mindfulness as you navigate the demands of a pharmacy or phamaceutical sciences education. Here, you’ll find tools to enhance your self-care, foster a sense of community, and empower you to thrive personally and professionally.

Wellness and well-being are essential pillars of student success. Our embedded clinician, Christy Wolfram, provides accessible mental health support and resources tailored to the unique challenges of a pharmacy / pharmaceutical sciences education. Whether it’s one-on-one counseling or stress-relieving campus events, students have the tools to prioritize their wellbeing throughout their academic journey. Christy exemplifies the College’s commitment to creating a compassionate, supportive environment for all.

We’re committed to supporting the whole student—because your wellness matters.

Welcome, and be well.

"Well-being isn’t a solo journey. At JLWCOP, we support each other, whether it’s study stress, burnout, or just needing someone to listen."
